RELEASE #1 SOLD OUT. RELEASE #2 IS HERE. 🥃

Our first release of Desert Diamond Bourbon is officially gone.

But we didn't stop there.

Release #2 is now available.

Like its predecessor, this Bourbon was aged right here in Kingman, Arizona, where our high-desert climate makes something unique and extroidanary.

Release #2 is just a little older than Release #1—and when you're aging spirits in the high desert, even a few additional months can change the character.

And here's what WE are tasting in this barrel:

Nose: Orange, honey, and light oak, with deep black cherry emerging underneath.

Palate: Warm cinnamon and fruit unfold into chocolate and rich black cherry.

Finish: Gentle, smooth, and silky, with lingering black cherry and chocolate.

17 years. And we're still making history.

This year, our Barrel Reserve Rum Aged Ten Years earned a 98-point Gold Outstanding Medal at the 2026 International Wine & Spirit Competition.

Only 16 rums worldwide received a 98-point score. Judges had this to say:
"Bright and inviting aromas of fruity Demerara layered with subtle, savoury spice. On the smooth palate, dark fruits mingle with white pepper and caramel, balanced by a lively burst of baking spice that serenades you to the very last drop.”

We're incredibly proud of the recognition—but there's something else we've realized:

We've been so busy making spirits that we haven't done a very good job of telling you about them.

That's about to change.

Over the next few weeks, we're going to introduce you to some things that have been happening behind the scenes at Desert Diamond.

Some you've heard about.

Some you haven't.

And one in particular... well, we're going to keep that one quiet for just a little while longer.

17 years in. Still making spirits. Still experimenting. Still surprising ourselves.

We are incredibly honored to have our story featured!

A huge thank you to Christina Fuoco-Karasinski for taking the time to visit with us and share the story behind Desert Diamond Distillery.

While we're proud of our recent 98-point Gold Outstanding recognition at the IWSC, what means even more to us is the opportunity to tell the story of our family, our community, and the journey we've been on since opening our doors in Kingman in 2010.

ONE OF ONLY 16 IN THE WORLD

For our family, this recognition represents seventeen years of hard work, patience, and a commitment to producing exceptional spirits right here in Kingman, Arizona.

What makes this achievement even more meaningful is that it continues a remarkable run of international recognition, including six major IWSC honors since 2020.

To everyone who has visited the distillery, taken a tour, enjoyed a tasting, shared a cocktail with friends, dined at Catrenella's, purchased a bottle, or simply supported us over the years...

Seventeen years ago, we opened our doors in Kingman with a simple goal:

Make great spirits.

Over the years, we've filled barrels, emptied barrels, celebrated successes, learned lessons, and met incredible people along the way.
