The vintage and antiques business can sometimes be hard. You have to watch for upcoming trends so you can buy low and sell in the bubble. You also cannot prejudge things you put on your shelves. Your Uranium glass can sit, untouched, for months and just when you are about to pack it up and put something else in its place, you sell some of it. Sometimes this business requires you to sit on inventory for months until some random influencer posts about it on TikTok and all of the sudden, you have people coming in looking for it.
Every now and then, as a consignment store, one of your consignors brings something in that slaps you in the face… It doesn’t happen very often for someone who has lived and breathed antiques for 35 years, especially in smaller towns.
Today, I got my face slapped. This is something I’ve never seen in person, and that says something.
This piece is a unicorn. A big, beautiful, glittery unicorn that t***s glitter and cupcakes. You have to see it in person!!! It works, beautifully.

Imagine going to a snooty party with a thick cloud of smoke in the room. You have staff walking around with hand butlers to collect your ashes (because everyone smoked) and you see this beauty sitting on a table. Press the button and VOILA!!! A fresh ciggy just for you!!!
