Just finished up this double cut, one piece mahogany body, curry maple top, one piece, mahogany neck, Seymour Duncan APH-1 humbucker. Gold Fender professional tremolo, gold, knurled volume and tone knobs.

Here she is all shined up, she sounds great!

Just bought a 1955 Gibson ES – 125. She’s in rough shape the top and back have come apart from the sides, the binding is brittle and falling off, the nitro cellulose finish is more than well weathered and the tuner buttons are nonexistent. But the electronics work, the neck is straight, the Bridge and tailpiece are good, Fretwork is good. I ordered new cream binding, vintage amber, to***co brown, and black nitrocellulose and tuners from stewMac. Ordered a new Gibson gold waterside decal from eBay which is correct for that year and model. All the parts came in the last couple days, I’ve already re-glued the top and back and had just enough cream binding to re-bind the top. Today I start sanding.
