Brenda is our ultimate OG.

Over the last 38 years, she has done far more than sew coolers. From Production and Logistics to Customer Service, and now serving as our General Manager, she has built an unmatched understanding of our business from the inside out. Her dedication, versatility, and commitment to excellence have helped shape Hatch Coolers into the company it is today.

She was hand-sewing our coolers long before many of our modern styles even existed. To Brenda, it's never been just a job—it's a craft she genuinely loves.

If you've ever walked through our facility, you've probably heard Brenda's laugh before you heard her sewing machine. Her positive attitude, quick wit, and unwavering dedication have helped keep our team strong and connected for nearly four decades.

Her impact can be seen not only in our products, but in our people and our culture. We're proud to celebrate Brenda's 38-year journey with us and grateful to have her leadership, knowledge, and sense of humor helping drive us forward every day. 🙌👑
