Is your tree looking stressed? Before you reach for fertilizer, it may actually need healthier soil. 🌳

Many struggling trees aren’t suffering from a lack of fertilizer—they’re dealing with compacted soil, poor air circulation around the roots, and reduced microbial activity. That’s where Maestro-Gro Sick Tree Treatment comes in.

Instead of forcing new growth, this organic soil amendment works by improving the environment underground:
• Encourages beneficial soil microbes
• Helps loosen compacted soil
• Improves oxygen and water movement to the roots
• Supports stronger nutrient uptake
• Promotes healthier, fuller foliage over time

One of the biggest takeaways? Healthy roots = healthy trees. The treatment is designed to be used alongside good tree care practices like exposing the root flare, aerating the root zone, and adding compost or mulch correctly.

If your oak, maple, magnolia, crepe myrtle, fruit tree, or other landscape tree is showing signs of stress, yellowing leaves, slow growth, or just doesn’t seem as vigorous as it used to, this is a great product to help restore the soil it depends on.

Have questions about a tree in your yard? Bring us a photo and we’d be happy to help you figure out what’s going on and whether Maestro-Gro Sick Tree Treatment is a good fit! 🌳

💙 A vine that’s as beautiful as it is useful! 🦋

Have you met the Butterfly Pea Vine? This tropical climber is famous for its stunning sapphire-blue blooms, but the flowers do much more than just look pretty!

💙 The flowers are edible and are commonly used to make a naturally vibrant blue herbal tea.
🍋 Add a squeeze of lemon or lime, and watch the tea magically transform from deep blue to brilliant purple—a fun color-changing reaction caused by the flower’s natural pigments!
🍚 The blooms can also be used to naturally color rice, desserts, lemonade, cocktails, mocktails, and baked goods without artificial dyes.
🦋 Butterflies, bees, and other pollinators love the flowers, making it a beautiful addition to any pollinator garden.
🌱 As a member of the bean family, it also helps improve the soil by fixing nitrogen.

Butterfly pea tea has been enjoyed for centuries throughout Southeast Asia and is rich in antioxidants called anthocyanins, the same beneficial plant compounds found in blueberries and purple cabbage. While many people enjoy it as part of a healthy lifestyle, its biggest appeal is its beautiful color and unique culinary versatility.

Fast-growing, heat-loving, and perfect for trellises, fences, or arbors, this vine is a showstopper all summer long.

📍Butterfly Pea Vines are in stock now at Warren’s Southern Gardens! Come see this incredible plant for yourself! 💙🌿

🦋 Want butterflies all season long? Porterweed is one of the best plants you can grow!

We’ve got both Magenta Porterweed and Nectarwand Red Porterweed in stock!

These long-blooming plants are absolute magnets for butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. Once they start blooming, they continue producing flower spikes for months, providing a dependable nectar source when many other plants slow down.

Why gardeners love Porterweed:
🦋 Attracts dozens of butterfly species
🐝 Loved by bees and other pollinators
🐦 Hummingbird favorite
☀️ Thrives in full sun and summer heat
🌸 Blooms from spring until frost with very little effort

For the best display, plant them in a sunny spot and remove spent flower spikes occasionally to encourage even more blooms.

If you’re looking to add nonstop color and bring your garden to life with pollinators, Porterweed is hard to beat!

Stop by Warren’s Southern Gardens and check them out while they’re in stock! 🌿

Teaching the next generation! Thank you for all you do!

Day 2 of Rowdy’s Youth Academy was a success!

Cadets visited Hagler Plumbing for a hands-on look at the trade and enjoyed lunch sponsored by the Hagler’s. They also toured Warren's Southern Gardens, learning about garden center operations while enjoying popsicles and potting their own plants.

Thank you to both businesses for your hospitality and for investing in our cadets and community!

🌸 Looking for a shrub that puts on a show all summer long? Meet Sugar Tip® Althea!

With its soft pink, double blooms and beautiful creamy-white variegated foliage, Sugar Tip® adds color and interest even when it’s not flowering. Unlike many older althea varieties, this one is also seedless, so you get all the beauty without unwanted volunteers popping up around the yard.

It loves the summer heat, attracts butterflies and other pollinators, and is a great choice for sunny landscapes here on the Gulf Coast.

Stop by Warren’s Southern Gardens and see these beauties in person! 🌿
