I've got a lot of basil. Is there any interest in us making pesto at the farmers market? It would include basil, olive oil, a little salt, and sunflower seeds. Add parmesan when you use it. It freezes well and you can cut off how much you want. I could also make it to be picked up at the nursery. Or you could buy the basil and make your own.
