Some success stories of the Ford City 5k today! Julie is a client of Purely Nourished. She has been on a couple of our programs we run at the spa. She’s feeling her best down 15 pounds AND just ran the Ford City 5k, just missing 3rd place in the 70 and up age group! Incredible!!!

Michael (my fiancé) took 3rd in his age group with taking NAD+ and customized supplements to keep him feeling good. He was running average 6:50 minute miles 🥵

I did not place but I felt good for not running since last summer, it was HOT today!!
