I understand that unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give me 24 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients that may want to get an appointment. In the event 24 hours notice is not given I will try my best to re-book the appointment time. If I am unable to fill the time slot I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session.

Late Policy:
If you are running late to an appointment I ask that you call/text/message me to let me know, otherwise I will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late i will try my best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if I am unable to. Please keep in mind I will always do my best to accommodate your session.
