Our weekend special was so well received last weekend that we've decided to go ahead and repeat it this weekend! Buy 3 pumpkins of ANY size and get a free bundle of cornstalks!

We've also got a few more pumpkins right now than we bargained for, so if you're a business, non-profit or just REALLY into pumpkins/fall/halloween/etc we are selling full pallets of pumpkins (roughly 500 pounds) for only $250, so half off our retail price.

Can't wait to see you here this weekend, even if you're just coming to let the kids get some wiggles out in the pumpkin patch!

Our Pumpkin Patch is open and ready for you!

We are staring down the barrel of two absolutely gorgeous days this Thursday and Friday that are also overlapping with Parent Teach Conferences for County Schools!

So if you're looking for something fun to do to make the most of what could be the last stretch of nice weather for a while we've got you covered!

Our pumpkin patch is open during our regular business hours of 8am to 6pm and free for all.

Weekend flash sale! Free bundle of cornstalks with purchase of 3 pumpkins!

Porches are looking pretty bare these days, adding some pumpkins and corn stalks has been SCIENTIFICALLY SHOWN to increase festivity levels by at least 400%!

So what sized pumpkins? The pumpkin sized ones! How many corn stalks in a bundle? More than one! How long is the special? This Saturday and Sunday! Where is this? Mountain Valley Gardens, 4800 Washburn Way in Klamath Falls, the big nursery past Walmart! Why should we buy pumpkins from you? Because if you don't I'll be sad! So come on down!

I wanted to let everyone know that we will NOT be having a Harvest Festival this year. Our apologies for any disappointment but it just didn't pencil out for multiple reasons. So what are we doing? All the fun stuff we normally do!

We will be hosting field trips - call us at 541-882-3962 for availability and pricing - our pumpkin patch is set up and we'll have bounce houses up there too (weather permitting.)

The pumpkin patch and bounce houses are totally free to visit or take pictures at, just please take your shoes off in the bounce houses. 🙂 See less

It's that special time of year again, the mornings are crisp, the evenings are long and the world feels like it's getting close to bedtime. Winding down and taking care of those last few things before a cozy bedtime.

It's also time for our traditional October Plant Clearance! ALL Trees, Shrubs and Perennials are now 20% off! And the fall is a fantastic time to be planting!

A pretty common question we get at the nursery is "is it too late to plant?" So here's what Bernie M Johnson, our founder, had to say about that; Traditionally spring has always been regarded as the best time for planting trees. Common sense says that fall planting may be a better time. Why?

In spring the half of the tree that we can’t see and tend to forget about needs to work very hard! Roots need to work their way into surrounding soil to establish good root to soil contact while at the same time sending root stored energy to the top of the tree to produce leaves.

Fall plantings have the advantage of the crown of the tree starting to go dormant, thus more energy for the root to spend on root to soil contact.

Additionally, fewer leaves mean much less wind resistance and less demand for water. It almost seems like a “ no brainer”.

SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!

Two 12-foot tall skeletons, $200 gets both, sold as a package deal. Please come directly to the nursery if you'd like them. They will not be held and I'm not checking this facebook post. :-)

Price is firm, they are in moderate to fair condition.

Includes one box with setup instructions printed on the box.

What’s missing: one is missing a right forearm and hand.

Both are missing the support wire to hold up the torso - we actually have one wire but it’s split so you know how much you’ll need to replace. Also missing the nails that would hold them on the ground.

There is a crack on the chin of one skull as well.

Still a great deal as from Home Depot they’d run you $300 each.

Decided to do a quick experiment to see whether or not a pumpkin takes paint better with a primer coat of modge-podge or not. If you've got half an hour feel free to join us as we paint some pumpkins. If you want the cliff notes answer - the primer doesn't much matter but it will give you a shinier result.

PUMPKINS PUMPKINS, PUMPKINS!!!

Big pumpkins, little pumpkins, baby pumpkins, tall skinny pumpkins, short fat pumpkins, white pumpkins, Cinderella pumpkins, bumpy pumpkins, striped pumpkins & pumpkins that looks like topographical maps!

All pumpkins are $1 per pound, up to a $16 maximum, let's get decorating for fall!
