Mushroom Growers,

I've been working with Unicorn Bags both by creating and publishing their advertisements for many years, but also by helping the company with their website needs. I've done this both when Lou Hsu was the owner and now with the new owners. I have recently learned that someone, apparently "willy_myco", has been spreading falsehoods about the company.

He claims:
1. the "old owners/operators" of Unicorn Bags (that would be Lou) have their own website called Pegasus Bags - that's false.
2. he claims the old owners (i.e. Lou) reached out to him and told him not to place any orders with Unicorn Bags - that's false.
3. he claims the new owners are opposed to magic growers - that's false.
4. he claims the new owners refer people who make large orders to the police - that's false. First, neither the size of an order nor the company/individual that places an order would indicate the use of the product. Second, any company would be crazy to decline large orders - or even small orders for that matter - or even waste their time trying to determine the end use of all their products.
5. he claims the old owners (i.e. Lou) reached out to him with all these claims - that's false. Perhaps this fellow is just gullible and believed something a random person told him.

This is what Lou asked me to tell you:

----------------------------
This is Lou Hsu, I created UNICORN IMP & MFG CORP 35 years ago and in 2022 I sold everything belonging to Unicorn IMP & MFG Corp except this name.

Recently people alleged that I have made recommendations or comments regarding the successor company or its products, I have not and I am no longer in the business of mushroom bags making.

I am not affiliated with the website Pegasusbags.com, nor its owners or affiliates. In fact anything said about me, or allegedly I have said, have no merit or truthfulness unless in writing and with my signature.

For the most part, they don't eat mushrooms, but these animals do need food and a lot of it. I would sincerely appreciate it if you help the animals with a contribution for hay to feed them for the next year. Your donations go directly to the purchase and delivery of hay - not to salaries or anything else.

If you are in the U.S. or most other countries, be sure you are in an area that allows you to grow magic mushrooms and you are properly licensed. You will also find out what's happening at Collar City, Tivoli, Epicurean Food, Myca, Black Forest, Heartland Organics, Smallhold, First Person, Reconnected Farms, Guided by Mushrooms, Yorkshire Mushroom Emporium, Windmill, and Ostrom mushroom farms. Finally, we present terminal market prices from: Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Montreal, Toronto, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Heredia, and Perth.
