If you call us and don’t get an answer, please call once and leave us a message. We promise we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Nine times out of ten, we’re either on the phone with another customer or out on a service call, and we simply cannot come to the phone.

📵 Repeatedly calling will not get you a faster response. In fact, it can actually cause your call to get further backlogged while we’re trying to return everyone’s messages.

We are a small, local business with one locksmith, and I’m handling the phones and scheduling. We’re doing our best to keep up with everyone while still providing quality service to each customer.

⚠️ Please remember: profanity and disrespect will not be tolerated. We understand that being locked out or having a locksmith issue can be frustrating, but we ask that you treat us with the same respect we give you.

Getting ready to deliver this to Nicky Foster. If you haven’t taken all the steps to be in her BIONIC MAN drawing, I highly recommend that you do! She’s got some pretty amazing stuff to give away tomorrow. So a huge thanks to Amazing Grace Picker and Klamath Basin Lock & Security LLC for putting this together to help our community of small businesses. The cake is a moist lemon cake with raspberry filling. Some lucky duck will have this for dessert tomorrow! 🦆
