And I donโt love automatically labeling every unpleasant reaction as โdetox.โ
Sometimes feeling worse means:
๐ฟ The plan is too aggressive.
๐ฟ Something isnโt agreeing with you.
๐ฟ You changed too many things at once.
๐ฟ You arenโt eating or drinking enough.
๐ฟ Your body needs more recovery time.
๐ฟ Or something completely unrelated needs attention.
This is especially important when someone is sensitive.

Sometimes we slow down.
Sometimes we simplify.
Sometimes we stop and reassess.
And sometimes the smartest path is figuring out what your body can comfortably handle before adding the next thing. ๐ฟ
