Each tumbler is custom and hand crafted. They can be customized to any color, image, name etc. The turnaround time for each tumbler can take up to 2 weeks. The tumblers are designed to keep beverages hot or cold. The custom tumbler is not:
Dishwasher safe. Do not soak in water. Not to be left in a hot car. The custom tumbler needs to be:
Hand washed only. Handled with care. I work with a lot o
f glitter. For a request of a non glitter cup, I will TRY my best to keep it glitter free. There is a small chance some may end up on the cup. I stand behind my craftmanship, and will repair any defects from production. If the cup has been dropped or damage, at no fault of mine. If I can repair it I will. There is a $10.00 charge to do so. If the cup needs to be completely redone, there is a $20.00 charge for it.
