Smoky Mountain Outdoor Recreation Program We are an outdoor recreation program located in Knoxville, TN. Our mission is to get people involved in outdoor activities in The Smoky Mountains.

Rock climbing is a great way to stay in shape. Forget the gym for a day, take a trip out to The Obed with us Saturday at 12:00pm. We'll meet in the Neyland Stadium parking lot and leave via bus to the rock wall. Hope to see you there.
