New Harvest Farmers Market

09/30/2026

That's a wrap on another season at the New Harvest Farmers Market!

As we say goodbye to another season, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who helped make Thursdays at New Harvest possible.

A huge thank you to Knox County Parks & Rec for being such a wonderful partner and welcoming us back to New Harvest Park each season. We're also grateful to all of the community organizations and partners who joined us throughout the year to bring programs, activities, resources, and a little extra fun to the market.

And of course, we couldn't have a farmers market without our vendors. Thank you to the farmers, food producers, and makers who show up week after week to share their work with our community.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who made New Harvest part of your Thursday routine. Every purchase, conversation, and visit helps support the local farmers and small businesses who make our markets possible!

We'll see you in April 2027! 🧡

📣 We're growing! Our parent nonprofit, Nourish Knoxville, is hiring a Food Access Coordinator to lead day-to-day implementation of Nourish Kids in Claiborne, Knox, Sevier, and Union Counties, as well as assist in leading new SNAP and SNAP-matching initiatives in Claiborne and Union Counties. This role works directly with farmers markets, farm stores, retailers, and community partners to expand access to affordable, local food across East Tennessee.

This position is partially funded through a Rural Health Transformation End Zone grant with the State of Tennessee, supporting nutrition incentive policy, environmental, and systems change in Claiborne and Union Counties. The Coordinator will play a central role in implementing a new Double Up loyalty card and app pilot in these rural communities, along with supporting the greater regional Double Up East Tennessee program.
