Join us for our spooky fun Halloween group run! We will have costume contests with prizes for winners and treats for all run participants. Families, all ages, and all paces are welcome! We will have 3 and 6 mile routes and will take off at 8 am, but you’re more than welcome to start earlier and join in on the fun after if you want. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

And since it’s UT’s bye week, you won’t have to worry about parking or crowds - it’ll be the perfect morning to enjoy downtown Knoxville in the fall!

See you all in your Halloween best!

What an incredible week celebrating 30 years of Eddie’s! HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped our anniversary sale, joined us for our group run, and helped make this milestone so special.

We wouldn’t be here without the support of our amazing customers, employees, vendors, friends, and family. Whether you’ve been shopping with us for decades or just discovered Eddie’s, we’re so grateful to be part of your health and wellness journey.

Here’s to 30 years of shopping small, supporting local, and building a healthier Knoxville. 💙

OUR BIGGEST BOD POD DEAL: Get 2 Bod Pod scans for $30! Regularly $50. Deal available on Thursday September 17 only. 👏

For day 4 of our anniversary celebration week, we’re offering a huge deal on one of the best services we offer: the Bod Pod. The Bod Pod is the gold standard for body composition testing, providing information on your metabolic rate and allowing you to track your fat mass and lean mass.

Here’s how it works: You pay for $30 2 scans on Thursday, 9/17, and you can schedule to use them at a later date of your choice. You’ll receive a certificate to redeem (see the picture on the second slide!), so it’s perfect to use for yourself or to gift to a friend.

The Bod Pod is only at our Kingston Pike location, but for this special deal, you can purchase certificates at either location. Limit of 3 packages per customer!

A lot can change in 30 years 💙

But for 30 years, Eddie’s mission has remained the same: to help our Knoxville community live healthier.

We wouldn’t still be here three decades later without the customers who have walked through our doors, supported a local business, told their friends about us, and continued coming back year after year.

Whether you’ve been shopping with Eddie’s for decades or you just found us recently, we want to thank you for being part of our journey.

Mark your calendars for September 14-20…

More details coming VERY soon. 🎉
