Long post but heartfelt:
Today is one of those days that’s hard to put into words. As I sit here and reflect, it finally hit me… this will be our last Saturday open. For nearly three years, almost every Saturday has been spent inside New Creations Flea Market. It has been so much more than a business—it has been a place filled with laughter, friendships, prayers, and countless memories.I have prayed and prayed over this decision, asking God for direction. While my heart is sad, I know He is leading us where we’re supposed to be. His plans are always greater than our own, even when we don’t fully understand them.Today, one of our sweetest customers shared with me that our flea market has helped decorate both her home and her business. Those words touched my heart more than she’ll ever know. It made me wonder how many other homes we’ve been blessed to be a small part of over the years. What an incredible gift that is.As our doors prepare to close, my greatest hope is that when you look around your home and see something you found here, you’ll remember more than just the item. I hope you’ll remember the smiles, the conversations, the laughter, the excitement of finding that perfect treasure, and the love that was poured into this little place.
To every customer, vendor, friend, and person who walked through our doors—thank you. You became so much more than customers; you became family. You supported us, encouraged us, prayed for us, and allowed us to be part of your lives. That is something we will cherish forever.
While it’s hard to say goodbye, we trust that God is writing a new chapter. His ways are higher than ours, and even through tears, we know He is faithful. Thank you for being part of this journey and for making these last three years some of the most meaningful years of our lives.
This isn’t just the closing of a flea market—it’s the closing of a chapter that will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
We love you all, and we’ll miss you more than words can express. ❤️
