I lost my All Dolly appliance handling unit off my truck. I reached out to "All Dolly" manufacturer and ordered new one. They shipped it the next day. Today I assembled and put new unit into service. I am whole again in a matter of a few days .

Remember it's a holiday weekend. Wait until after the holidays if you're going to self clean your oven. It would be a very sad day if it worked fine until you self cleaned it and then you didn't have an oven for the Easter. We don't recommend that you ever use the self clean feature, it to hard on the equipment. Living in altitude the oven has a harder time getting rid of the heat when being self cleaned.

What baking remember to always preheat your oven. A good tip is. When you decide you are going to bake something. Turn your oven on. Then start to gather the ingredients you will need for the recipe. Once you have everything on the counter get your mixing bowls out and measuring cups and spoons. Wash your hands. Now start measuring. 1st - measure your dry ingredients into a bowl. Set it aside. 2 nd measure your solids into another measuring bowl. Set it aside. 3rd - measure your wet ingredients like vanilla or any oils and set it aside. 4 th Now if you have eggs in the recipe crack all the eggs into a bowl. Then put the unmeasured ingredients away that you don't need from your baking today. Wash your hands. Make sure your butter is soft. If it's a little firm put in a sunny window for about 30 minutes. Or put in the microwave for 20 to 40 seconds. Depending upon how powerful your microwave is. I usually do 30 second myself. Now the fun starts. Mix up you ingredients according to the recipe that you're following. Wednesday ingredients are all mixed up and your pan is prepared by either flowering it or greasing it or both. Your oven should now be preheated place your bake goods in the oven to bake. Set your timer for the appropriate time that the recipe calls for and wait for the yummy goodness. Use hot pads to pull the baking pans out once your timer is done beeping and share with your friends and family. Happy baking!!

Easter is just around the corner. Please remember don't self clean your oven before a holiday or any event you might need your oven for. Self cleaning your oven is hard on the unit. The heat can trip the hi-temp cut out and/or the thermal fuse. It would be a very sad day for this to happen with company or family coming to visit. If you really want to self clean your oven, the best time is when you don't expect to use it for a few days. It takes time to bring in the part. And the part may or may not be available. Happy baking!!

When doing laundry remember front load washer need HE soap and you should never see sud's. If you see sud's you are using to much soap. A teaspoon of soap for lightly soiled clothing. A tablespoon for heavily soiled clothing. Soap and fabric softener can build up in the washer and start to stink. So if your washer is stinky it usually because of this build up. To prevent this buildup do at least 1 load of laundry every month.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Something to keep in mind... if you haven't self-cleaned the oven for the holiday... WAIT until after you cook your Turkey and Pie's.

Why? At high altitude, some oven's have trouble removing the heat that is created when the oven is self-cleaning, causing a safety feature that is built into the oven to turn off the oven and prevent it from potentially catching fire. This will also keep your oven from working in the bake or broil mode. Most times the fix is easy, but does require a technician to come to your home.

The Jimbo's Team is going to be out of the office and not taking calls until Monday, November 30, 2015... Hopefully, this little tip may save frustration later.
