With the summertime coming and schools letting out I have decided to hire our first seasonal staff member to keep an “eye” on things for me. He has quite the fiery temper but his resume was exquisite.

He is currently hard at work as we speak so if you drive by the store and see Charmander in the window, honk the horn and to say Hi!!

The 30th Anniversary set for Pokemon TCG has officially been reveled. The set will release worldwide on Wednesday September 16th. Every booster pack will come with 7 cards and each pack will have one guaranteed Pikachu per pack. The Pikachu cards have their own special foiling not seen anywhere else in the set

We will also bring getting a new rarity called “Futuristic Rare”. This rarity is likely the Mew and Mewtwo from the trailer we saw months previous.

This might be single best opening that we ever had at our store. One family bought a sealed Lorcana case of Wilds Unknown booster boxes yesterday and pulled not one Iconic but both Iconic’s from their one case.

For those who don’t know, statistically, one Iconic card is in about 1 in every 1700-2000 Lorcana packs and they managed both within 96 packs!!

Definitely a memorable moment they soon won’t forget, congrats to them!!
