Hi All,
I’ve been a bit radio silent for the past month–first, because the holidays were busy; then because, in all honesty, I did not feel like posting. Normally by now, I’d have written up a post celebrating all of the wins for JPape Music Creations from the past year, but I just do not feel like celebrating.

Not with the state of our country. Not with all of the horrific things happening in my neighboring state of MN–a state that I called home for several years, and the place where many of my friends and loved ones still reside. I can’t pretend that everything is fine.

But even with all of the hate, violence, and dishonesty–I still believe in our capacity for kindness. I believe in empathy. I believe in loving your neighbor and being a light in the darkness. If you, like me, are looking for ways to help, standwithminnesota.com is a good place to start.
