We are proud to receive the award for 'Best Facade Rehab - Over $20,000' by the Wisconsin Main Street and Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) for 2018. This comprehensive revitalization program was designed to promote the historic and economic redevelopment of traditional business districts in Wisconsin. La Crosse is one of 33 active cities in the state and became part of this organization in 2014.

Great restoration in Galesville, WI. Very similar tile and wood flooring as The Jacobs Building. A beautiful space and mural!

Final month of completing the 2nd floor apartment restoration. Final touches include; painting walls and trim, quartz countertops in the kitchen and bath, staining and polyurethane floors, plumbing fixtures and lighting installation.

When Travis Gaarder bought the Jacobs Building at 111 Fourth St. N., La Crosse, the outside was covered in stucco.
