For those of you I haven’t met, I’m Ashley, the lady behind Earrings by Ashley. I started this little business in December of 2019 because I wanted to be able to stay home with my girls while also helping provide for our family. Then in the spring of 2020 I joined the LaGrange Farmers Market, and somehow… here we are almost 7 years later. 🥹

Earlier this year, I had quite a few conversations with some of you where I shared that I was seriously thinking this might be my last year. I was tired. I was overwhelmed. And I just wasn’t sure continuing this business was what I was supposed to do.

But then you all happened. 🖤

The amount of support and encouragement you have continued to show me has honestly been overwhelming. You keep showing up. You keep supporting my little business. And God keeps opening doors.

So… a week ago I bought a new laser. 😂

I guess that’s my way of saying I’m sticking around.

I don’t know exactly what the next chapter is going to look like, but I know I’m not ready to close this one yet. And honestly, I’m doing this because I have some pretty amazing customers who keep giving me reasons to keep going.

To everyone who has ordered from me, stopped by my table, shared a post, encouraged me, or simply told me not to quit…

This picture is a little bittersweet. 🤍

I met my best friend because of small business, and I will forever be grateful that God crossed our paths. Paige gave me a space to grow my business, but somewhere along the way, that space became a place where a friendship grew, conversations happened, prayers were prayed, and God did so much more than either of us could have planned!

So this isn't goodbye. It's thank you for this chapter. 🖤

Paige, I am so proud of you for being obedient to the Lord and following where He's leading you, even when the bigger picture isn't completely clear. I know He has something SO good ahead, because we KNOW He is good!

Please join me in praying for Paige, Simply Blessed Boutique, and Soul Needs as she steps into this next chapter.

I love you, friend. I'm so thankful I get to do this life with you. 🫶🏻
