It’s been a busy couple of weeks harvesting honey and getting it all extracted. We finished extracting yesterday afternoon and ended up with right around 5,000 lbs. Definitely less than we were expecting but Mother Nature had some strange weather for us this season that really affected the nectar flow. Regardless we are thankful for everything the bees produced for us! Now it’s time to clean up, render wax, fill orders and prep for honey shows!

As soon as I can I’ll get an extraction video posted.
