I finally had an hour to do some more work on the desk goose I started a couple of weeks ago. I got his eyes glued in and finished covering his head with top coat.

Then I started the feet. I had to tear this one apart 2 times before I was happy with the results. Maybe I will be able to sn**ch another hour this weekend to make the other one.

I have been asked to make many interesting items over the years, but I have to say I think this Frog and Toad riding a bike definitely takes the cake!

A lot of people use these silicone finger guards when they are using a hot glue gun. I don't use hot glue very much with my needle felting, so why do I have one?

First, know it does not protect your fingers from the needles, they go right through them.

Instead, I use it to clean fibers off my mat. Rub it across the mat, and they usually come right up unless you have really embedded them in.

I had so many great suggestions on what this little guy should hold, but I really wanted to try to make a watermelon slice, and I love how it came out.

Do you have a porch goose? I have a porch chicken - 2, actually lol.

I am in the process of making a desktop version of a goose and my friend Heather of Silly Goose Crochet Patterns makes the funnest goose outfits. I am going to get a couple of her 7 inch patterns once my goose is done and have my daughter make them up for me (she doesn't know this yet - shh 🤣)
