Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. However, this is an approximate and not a guaranteed shipping timeline. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Once your order has been shi
pped, you will be provided with the tracking code. Once you have received this email, tracking is only available through the carrier directly. We will not be able to provide you with any additional information regarding your package or it's transit time. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. If we receive a return package we will contact you and hold the items for you until you pay for additional shipping. We can not pay to re-ship your items. We also will not refund items if the package is returned as undeliverable. If additional shipping is not processed and paid within 7 days, we will cancel the order and place a credit in your account. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over 200 dollars will receive free shipping. Customers can choose between a few different shipping providers for the best rate. If we find that we can provide a cheaper shipping option for bulky orders we will reach out via email. In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Lafayette, IN. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pickup. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Canceling Orders
We do not cancel orders once payments are received. Order slips are created throughout the day and sent to the packing/shipping department. Please be advised that if you are emailing to inquire about canceling your purchase you will be directed to this policy. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for items purchased. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item, your invoice, and a picture of the package it arrived in, within three days of arrival. If a damage/ missing item reports is sent more than three days after the arrival of items, we will not be able to assist you in your request. Once complaint has been received, will will contact you by email with further instructions/information. Please be advised that stones are a part of nature and each individual piece is unique. We will not provide refunds for natural fracture lines, cracking, or imperfections as this is naturally occurring. In the event that the package shows delivered, but you have not received the item. We will ask that you contact the appropriate carrier to file a missing package claim. Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for theft or delivery personnel actions. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
