It is very important to us that we offer exemplary service to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please call us at 3

37-781-5758 and we will fix the problem as fast as possible. You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original ship date of your order for a full refund. We do not accept returns on dated materials (i.e. calendars, checkbook planners) more than 45 days after the original ship date or January 15th, whichever comes first. We are not responsible for any return shipping fees. All refunds will be issued in the form of a check within four weeks of the returned shipment. Returned items must be in its original packaging, clean and in brand-new condition. To exchange an item, return the item you wish to exchange to us and indicate in writing the item you with to exchange it for. You are responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you.
