Whether you’re stopping in after work, after dinner, or simply prefer browsing books when the rest of the world has calmed down a little, we’ve got you.

Come spend your Tuesday evening with us. The books are staying up late, too. 🐾

Calling all night owls, late-shift workers & “just one more chapter” readers… EDIT: we will tally across social medias. Next Tuesday will follow these hours going forward.

We know not everyone’s day ends at 5 PM.
So, we’re thinking about making Tuesday nights our late nights at —but we want YOU to help us decide what that should look like.

Comment below and tell us how late you’d like us to stay open on Tuesdays. 1-7 pm, 2-8 pm, or 3-9 pm.

Thanks to our readers (yes. YOU) we’re going to go ahead with our second author fair in the fall! Keep your eyes peeled for a date. And thank you so much to everyone who has been interested, who helped us succeed, and those who gave our local writers the attention they deserve.

Black Dog Books will be joining Studio 89 Spa for their Spicy Books & Icy Wrists event on September 12 at 6 PM!

Come hang out with us for an evening of spicy reads, permanent jewelry, and a very good excuse to add a few new books to your TBR. We’ll be bringing a selection worthy of the occasion, from a little heat to you-might-want-to-read-that-one-at-home levels. 🔥
