Sustainable Lafayette will have a booth at the Lafayette Art and W**e Festival on September 19th & 20th!
Stop by our booth in La Fiesta Square and talk to some of our Board members and volunteers about what we're doing to inspire Lafayette to act and advocate for environmental health and justice! Learn about our LEAF (Lamorinda Environmental Action Fellowship) Awards that support environmental projects created by Lamorinda middle- and high school students; we expect that two of our awesome LEAF Award recipients will be spending part of each day at the booth so get to know Viviana and Adriana! Pick up an application! Check out the map for Safe Routes for Acalanes, which will create a bike and pedestrian median on Pleasant Hill Road to allow students to walk and/or bike safely to Acalanes. For the first time ever, Lafayette Nursery School will be part of the Lafayette Res Run for Education!

In 2025, the event raised $37k for local public schools. This year when you register, you can select LNS and we’ll receive 10% of the registration fee. You can also donate directly to us while signing up. Early registration prices end June 30th!

LNS families, get your little runners pumped for the 2-mile Fun Run! Also, make sure to invite family and friends to register using our school name. 🏃‍♀️

We’ll be at the Lafayette Art & W**e Festival! Come meet the parents who make our school run. We’ll have fun activities for kids, school spirit gear and little giveaways at our booth, Space 910, at the Family Zone in La Fiesta Square. We want to meet YOU and share what makes our school special, particularly the experience of being part of a parent-participation preschool.
