Bookstore Romance Day 2026 was everything we hoped it would be and somehow even more!! 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Yall showed up early, bought the books, ate the treats, carried flowers around the shop, got your portraits painted, drank the coffee, and let us make a whole day out of loving romance books with you 💗 And we are just SO grateful ☺️
To every person who walked through our doors, every vendor who joined us, every member of our team who worked their absolute butts off, and every one of y’all who shared, tagged, ordered, commented or told a friend about our little bakery + bookstore: THANK YOU!!
We dreamed up a Romance Motel and y’all came to stay 🥹💕 Same time next year?! 💌

CHECK-IN WEEK IS HERE 💖🔑 We’re closed today because we are officially in full Bookstore Romance Day prep mode and y’all… it is getting VERY cute in here!!! 💗
We reopen tomorrow at 10 and then we are counting down to SATURDAY. Books, coffee, flowers, desserts, watercolor portraits, little surprises, PLUS the Bookshop Hop with our fellow local indie bookstores!! 💘

The bookstore is closed today, which is probably for the best because we’ve got a ga-billion boxes to go through 📦📦📦
We’ve got books to unpack, things to price, desserts to plan, vendors to wrangle, recommendations to make (wait til you see this list!), and approximately 700 tiny details between us and Saturday!!!! Did ya see the matchboxes yall!? 💕
Doors open Tuesday at 10 AM and we’re kicking off a very romance-heavy week at Book Club & Co., with Saturday is the BIG day: Bookstore Romance Day 2026 + the bookstore crawl + all kinds of nonsense we cannot wait to show you!!
