Toes is our longest-term cat resident now…and while we just adore this sweet potato-shaped girl, she deserves a forever home of her own ❤

Her precious face, quirky personality, and endless sweetness have completely won over everyone who knows her.

One minute she's following you around, and the next she's sprawled out in the middle of the floor on her back with all four paws sticking straight into the air. We genuinely never know what silly pose we'll find her in next.

• Incredibly sweet and affectionate
• Loves attention, brushing, and belly rubs
• Hilarious personality with the funniest sleeping and lounging positions
• Has lived with other cats and dogs
• Acts like a dog - Will flop over for belly rubs and chew on bones!
• Eats a prescription diet to support her urinary and GI health
• Has arthritis and receives a monthly injection for pain (Solensia)
• 10 years old, deaf, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV & FeLV

Toes came to us due to a history of litterbox issues, and we have spent a lot of time finding the right diet for her, and have done testing to rule out medical issues. She has bouts where she will use the box fine, but still does miss the box occasionally (pooping right next to it).

Meet this purrecious sweet potato and our other most overlooked pets at our shelter this Saturday during our Perfect Match Adoption Fair event from 11am-2pm, grab some lunch from Rodney’s Café food truck, and fall in love with Toes or one of our other amazing long-term pets!

With the year coming to an end and the holidays here—we want to thank every single one of our customers for your never ending support. So many of you have become close friends and make Der Jaeger a place of warmth, happiness, and love. Above all, we appreciate you welcoming us into your families as well.

To our regular customers and new, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

We will be closed until January 3rd to take some much needed time off and to celebrate the holidays.

We will see you all in 2026!! 🎉

✨ First and foremost, we want to thank all of our wonderful customers — both new and longtime friends— for keeping us thriving. Your continued loyalty, wonderful company, and large appetites mean the world to us! 💛

As many of you know, we are a very small, unique, reservation-only establishment with extremely limited seating. Every table matters — and every guest counts!

Due to an increasing number of no-call/no-show reservations for larger parties, we are now kindly requiring a credit card deposit for parties of 5 or more. This helps ensure we can continue offering the best experience possible and allows us to better manage our limited space and staff.

When a table goes unused, it not only impacts our team, but also turns away other guests who would have loved the chance to dine with us.

But, to let you know...you call for a reservation and don't show up, or call to cancel, we do have a list....
Not only do you take the place from someone who would really appreciate it, but also miss out on a good time.

After years offering you our German-European cuisine we’ve decided to pivot in an exciting new direction… VEGAN SUSHI!

That’s right—starting this weekend, we’re introducing Der Jaeger Omakase, featuring handcrafted tofu-based bratwurst, and our signature smoked sauerkraut nigiri. Plus, for the truly adventurous, try our BBQ-smoked Matcha Mochi for dessert!!

Both served with authentic Bavarian wasabi!! (Aka horseradish)
