I know June is packed full of amazing events and festivals but i wanted to remind you that I will also be hosting another Herbal Energetics Part 1. class this coming Friday, the 11th at 4PM! 🌿 Herbal Actions & Energetics Classes Coming in May... and beyond! 🌿

Hello friends! I’m so excited to share that beginning in May, I will be hosting a biweekly class series on Herbal Actions & Energetics.

If you’ve ever been curious about how to use herbs in your everyday life, this class is a beautiful place to begin. We’ll explore the foundations of herbalism—learning how plants work, how their energetics affect the body, and how to choose herbs that support your wellbeing.

This will be a two-part class, because there is so much wonderful knowledge to explore and I want everyone to truly have time to soak it in.

✨ Part One: We’ll learn the basics of herbal actions and plant energetics.
✨ Part Two: We’ll put that knowledge into practice—tasting, experiencing, and working with herbs in a hands-on way so you can feel their qualities for yourself.

One of my greatest goals has always been to create a space where our community can connect with the healing wisdom of plants—many of which grow right in our own backyards.
