Downtown Glam Boutique We are an online boutique based out of Lake City, Florida! We want to use our clothes to help empower women of all shapes and sizes!

Return Policy
You may return items that still have all tags. Items must be unworn and not
washed. A store credit will be given to you in form of a gift card or added to your
comment sold account. Returns are accepted up to 5 days after date of purchase with a receipt. All online orders will fall under the same guidelines. Jewelry,
accessories, shoes, undergarments and anything on sale or final sal

to be returned. The owner may use her own discretion when accepting or denying
returns

Instore/Macclenny Pick Up Policy
For all app and online orders processing time is 2-5 business days, typically less
than 5, after 3 days from your order being fulfilled, I am not liable for your
package. After your package is ready for pick up for over 7 days, I will send an
invoice for shipping. After 14 days if your package is not picked up/ shipping
paid, all items will be returned to stock and you will not be refunded. There will
be exceptions to these rules if I am made aware you may be late picking up.
