The stand is full for the weekend. We did a final cut on all the rhubarb. What we have is the end of the season and there will not be any more until spring. Have a great weekend.

We have a lot of purple sage. It is just as useful as green. Here are some things you can do with it.

❗️Culinary Uses Flavoring Meats:
Adds a peppery, earthy taste to pork, poultry, sausage, and fatty dishes.
Infusions: Cooked in butter or oil to create savory spreads, or steeped to make herbal teas.
❗️Garnishes: Crisped in hot fat to top pasta, risotto, or roasted vegetables.
Medicinal & Herbal Uses
❗️Teas and Tinctures: Brewed into a warm tea to help ease chest colds, sore throats, and mild inflammation.
❗️Aromatherapy: Dried and burned for smoke-cleansing or aromatic purposes.
