💙 Volunteer Spotlight: Meet Janet!

For the past two years, Janet has been sharing her time and heart with us at the Lighthouse Gift Shop. After a career in nursing, she wanted to continue doing something purposeful, giving back to her community and making a difference in the lives of others.

For Janet, volunteering is about so much more than helping around the store. “It’s fun! I get to meet people, lift people up, and pray for people.” She especially loves seeing the joy customers experience while shopping and finding something they love, and it doesn’t hurt that she considers the Lighthouse the best thrift store in Lake City! 😊

We’re so thankful for Janet and the joy, encouragement, and purpose she brings to the Lighthouse. 💛

Bigger things are coming to Treasure Cove! 👀

We’re making more room, which means even more to browse and discover! The Lighthouse IS OPEN, but Treasure Cove will be temporarily closed this week while we work on the expansion. We promise though, it’ll be worth the wait.

There’s always something new to discover at the Lighthouse… and soon, there’ll be even more. ✨
