But in all seriousness this fragrance is like no other. No it’s not blood, bones, flesh…but an amazing blend of Rich leather, vanilla and sandalwood. Then to lighten up the dark richness we added Saffron, eucalyptus and clove leaf. Nothing screams 1874 like the new Alferd Packer soy candle. A test run of this new concept has succeeded and a larger quantity has been made and added to the website!

An Opportunity to Continue What We’ve Built in Lake City

Hi everyone,

This is something we never thought we’d be posting, but after a lot of thought we’ve decided to start looking for the right person to take over our cafe.

We truly love this place, this community, and everything we’ve built here. Lake City has given us so many amazing memories, and this decision isn’t an easy one. The only reason we’re considering it is because, after a lot of thought, we’ve decided it’s time for us to return home.

We’re not in a rush to sell—we simply want to find someone who will love and care for the cafe as much as we have.

We’re keeping the process private, so we won’t be posting the asking price or detailed business information publicly. We’d be happy to discuss those details with serious buyers after an initial conversation and a signed confidentiality agreement.

Just to clarify, the building/property itself is not for sale. We are selling the cafe business and transferring the lease to the new owner.
