Same house. Completely different feeling.

New floors are one of the few upgrades that change every room at once — the light moves differently, the space feels bigger, and suddenly the furniture you already own looks intentional.

No gutting your kitchen. No months of construction. Just a fresh start underfoot.

Same spaces. A brighter tomorrow.

Good dogs. Happier homes. 🐕

Pet owners always ask us the same question: what flooring can actually survive this?

Good news — a lot of it. Today's luxury vinyl and waterproof laminates handle claws, accidents, and full-speed zoomies without looking like they've been through it. You really don't have to choose between a beautiful floor and a happy dog.

Durable. Beautiful. Worry less.

Brand new floors. Already creaking. 😬

A new homeowner called us mid-remodel because the floors that had *just* been installed were soft in spots and creaking everywhere. We pulled them up and found exactly what we expected: high spots, low spots, and a subfloor that was never leveled.

Floating floors have three rules: clean, dry, and level. This one failed the level test.

The fix: grind the high spots, fill the low spots with plasticized self-leveler, then install. Not glamorous, but it's the difference between floors that last 20 years and floors you rip out in one.

Thinking about new floors in South OC? We'll come to you, measure, and tell you exactly what your subfloor needs before a single plank goes down. Free in-home consultation. 👇

Hardwood. Luxury vinyl. Tile. Carpet. Laminate.

Choosing between them is where most homeowners get stuck — every option looks great online, and none of them tell you how they'll actually hold up in your house.

That's the part we handle. We bring the samples to you, walk your rooms, ask about pets and kids and traffic patterns, then narrow hundreds of options down to the handful that genuinely make sense for your home.

So many options. One trusted partner.

Laminate or LVP? Here's why most of our customers end up choosing LVP. 👇

1️⃣ **More colors.** The range of LVP colors and styles is much bigger than laminate.
2️⃣ **Works on more subfloors.** LVP is flexible, so it can go over concrete or just about any solid subfloor.
3️⃣ **Price.** Generally you can find luxury vinyl plank for less than comparable laminate.

That said, the right answer depends on your home, your subfloor, and how you live in the space. We bring samples of both to your house so you can compare them in the actual room. Free in-home consultation, South Orange County. 🏡

Spills. Playtime. Dirty paws. Big moments. Everyday life. 🐾

Your floors take all of it — so they'd better be built for it.

We help you choose flooring that handles a real household without giving up the look you want. Scratch-resistant. Water-resistant. Still gorgeous on a Tuesday afternoon with a toddler and a golden retriever on it.

Beautiful. Durable. Made for real life.

Before you buy new floors, check this first. 👀

Subfloor condition matters more than the flooring you pick. It has to be flat, and it has to be dry.

This subfloor was so uneven we went through 25+ bags of plasticized self-leveler before we could install anything. If we'd skipped that step, the customer would have had soft spots and creaks within months.

Have a pro look at your subfloor *before* you commit to a product. It's part of every in-home consultation we do. 📍 Mission Viejo & South Orange County.

Subfloor leveled ➡️ planks going down ➡️ done. ✨

A quick look at a South Orange County install from start to finish. Self-leveler first (always), then the new LVP goes in, then the reveal.

Every install starts with the boring part nobody posts: prepping the subfloor. That's why they look like this at the end.
