A more wholesome take on boneless wings!
Boneless skinless chicken seasoned with Mother Clucker Chipotle Seasoning, Loaded Salt and Pepper, and hot sauce of choice! Bake at 400 until internal temperature is 165! I like mine with a little sour cream for dipping ☺️

Sweet potatos, bacon, and bean salad made ahead. Warm the potatoes and bacon, cook the eggs, add the beans. Boom. 💥

Lentils have been on my list for a bit! Dusted off the bags that had been hanging out in the pantry and went to work!
Being that I'm known for being quite the soup Queen 👑 it seemed only fitting to start there.
What a success! Sun-dried Tomato Lentil soup and a minestrone style Instant Pot Lentil soup! Soup Flight for dinner with a side of homemade sourdough 😍
And for those of you that have asked ...yes I am getting up the courage to do videos again! But until then these recipes coming soon!

Fasolakia is one of my favorite dishes and I've been working on a "winter" version that uses a version of tomatoes that isn't fresh (SO amazing with garden fresh tomatoes). I finally nailed that and decided to jump in and make a bucket list dish....shakshuka. Eggs simmered in a spiced tomato mixture. In my brain it shouldn't be good but it's not good .. it's AMAZING 😍
