The tastes of summer shine through in this delightfully refreshing cocktail. Stop by to try one soon, and maybe do a bit a complimentary spirit tasting while you're here!

Strubarb Recipe:
2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
1 oz house-made rhubarb syrup
½ oz strawberry purée
½ oz lime juice
Sprite to top
Shake all but the Sprite on ice and pour over ice in a double old fashioned glass. Top with Sprite. Garnish with lime. Enjoy!
