On Saturday, April 19th at 10 am bring the kids and join us at Lake Oswego Hunt, a historic equestrian center located at 2725 Iron Mountain Blvd. The egg hunt is recommended for ages 5 and up. Happy Last Day of 2024! We wrap-up our "Cocktail Countdown" with a Blueberry Pineapple Gin Smash by Greta Wichman ().

INGREDIENTS:
2 fresh basil leaves
1 T fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
1 T Kelly's Pineapple Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
6 cherries (no need to pit)
4 oz Gin
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
Muddle the basil, blueberries and Pineapple Jalapeno Pepper Jelly together in a cocktail shaker (or similar vessel).
Add gin and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain smash into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired with additional basil and blueberries.

2 days left in 2024! Today in our "Cocktail Countdown," we raise a glass to the Marionberry Habanero Mojito, crafted by Kelly herself. This cocktail uses Kelly's Habanero Honey, which adds the perfect amount of sweet heat.

INGREDIENTS:
1 T Kelly’s Habanero Honey
2 oz rum (or vodka)
1 T lime juice
2 oz club soda
7 mint leaves
5 marionberries or blackberries
1 C ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker, crush berries, mint leaves, Kelly’s Habanero Honey and lime juice.
Add one cup of ice and rum or vodka. Shake until well mixed.
Pour into glass then add a splash of club soda.
Garnish with marionberry, lime and mint leaves.
