A little birthday appreciation post because the people who helped make my 50th celebration so special deserve their flowers! 🥂🎂💕

First, a HUGE thank you to Cocoa Cakes Cakes for my absolutely beautiful birthday cake! 🎂 It was everything I hoped it would be, but let me tell you… it didn’t just LOOK good. It was a HIT! Everyone was raving about how delicious it was, and there wasn’t much left by the end of the night. 😂👏🏽

A big thank you to Publix Super Markets for taking one major thing off my plate by catering the food. And of course, I was enjoying myself so much that I completely forgot to take a picture of it! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 The ribs were cooked to perfection, every side was delicious, and the platters I ordered with my vegetarian friends in mind were especially loved and appreciated. Everything made hosting at home so much easier.

And lastly, a special shoutout to Katherine’s Cocina LLC A while back I attended one of her charcuterie workshops, and apparently I was paying attention. 😂 I decided to put what she taught me to the test and create my own board for the party. I was a little nervous about tackling it myself, but that workshop gave me the confidence to say, “I can do this!” And I’m pretty proud of how it turned out. 🧀🍇🥰

One thing I know firsthand as a small business owner is how much a recommendation, a tag, or simply telling someone about a great experience can mean. So when people help make a special moment even better, I believe in giving them their flowers publicly. 💐

✨ OH, SCRAPS! THEY’RE BACK! ✨

You all loved these little bags of soapy goodness last time, so I’ve been saving my soap shavings just for you! 🧼💕

Tomorrow at the Downtown Lake Wales Farmers Market, I’ll have a limited number of FREE bags of goat’s milk soap scraps available with any purchase. No minimum purchase required!

And yes, these are the good scraps. 😉 They’re a mix of soap shavings from all the handmade soaps I’ve made this year! The ones you already know and love. Leave them in the bag, add water, lather up, and use every last bit!

Don’t let the name fool you… 🌹🍯

Rose Clay & Honey may sound soft and delicate, but this bar has a little more personality than you might expect.

The fragrance opens with bright mandarin, bergamot, and tangerine before giving way to juicy peaches, strawberries, and raspberries, all softened with a beautiful touch of white musk.

And the soap itself? That’s where things get really good. 😍

Made with real honey and rose clay, along with goat milk, buttermilk, colloidal oatmeal, kaolin clay, shea butter, and even real silk for the kind of rich, creamy lather that makes handmade soap so hard to go back from.

Lemon Poppy has officially landed! 🍋✨

This one is fresh, cheerful, and beautifully simple, with zesty lemon, floral verbena, fresh lemongrass, and just a touch of sweet citrus. Poppy seeds add a gentle texture throughout the bar, while that bright citrus fragrance makes the whole shower feel a little more refreshing..

Handcrafted in small batches (well, independently crafted by yours truly 😉) using the cold process method, so every bar is one of a kind.

Our community mourns the loss of a great man and our dear friend!

My heart is broken to hear of his passing. 💔 Nine years ago, he gave me a chance at our farmers market, and over the years he became a dear friend.

This is such a tremendous loss for our market and our entire community. He will be deeply missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️
