Oh, Stuart Avenue is closed Saturday? Cute. We’re still open. 😂☕

If you’ve met us at all, you already know it takes more than a little road closure to keep the Latte Lounge down.

Saturday, September 19, Stuart Avenue will be closed for road work, but we’ll be OPEN our regular 8am–8pm hours.

There’s still parking nearby, the sidewalks are open, and you can still get to us. Downtown is NOT closed, so don’t let a couple of barricades scare you away!

We’ve got a full Saturday ahead of us, ending with Adults Only Karaoke at 6pm! 🎤

Come get your coffee, grab some food, browse the books, hang out awhile, and stick around Saturday night to sing something you probably have no business attempting in public. 😂

Karaoke Night is growing up... at least for one night. 😂🎤

This Saturday we're trying our very first Adults Only Karaoke Night!

Same laid-back Karaoke Night you know and love, but this month we're giving the grown-ups the mic for the evening.

Pick your song and take the mic, bring your friends and cheer everybody else on, or just grab some dinner and a drink and enjoy the show.

Good singers, questionable singers, and people whose confidence greatly exceeds their vocal ability are equally welcome. 😂

And don't worry, we're not permanently kicking the kids off the stage! We're planning to alternate between all-ages and adults-only Karaoke Nights, so October will be all ages again.

Our Homeschool Mini Makers were BUSY this morning! 🎨

Today’s project was popsicle stick wind chimes, and we loved seeing all the different colors, designs, and little creative decisions happening around the table.

A huge thank you to Haylee for leading today’s project and to all of our Mini Makers and their grown-ups who came out to create with us! ❤️

One of our favorite things about these mornings is watching kids make something completely their own, while families get a chance to meet, visit, and spend some time together.

We’ll be back with another Homeschool Mini Makers project next month!
