Hertel’s Coins is growing, and we’re looking for two great people to join our team in Lake in the Hills!
🔹 FULL-TIME BUSINESS OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
We’re looking for a highly organized, capable professional with strong business acumen who can help keep a fast-moving business on track. This is an in-person, Monday–Friday position for someone who can understand priorities, exercise good judgment, juggle multiple responsibilities, follow projects through to completion, and help solve the day-to-day challenges that come with running a growing business.
The right person is organized, detail-oriented, confident with computers, learns quickly, communicates professionally, and can see the bigger picture behind the work — not simply complete a list of tasks.
🔹 PART-TIME LIVE SALES HOST
Have a big personality? Comfortable talking to people? Competitive, energetic, and able to think on your feet?
We’re also hiring a part-time Live Sales Host for our online coin auctions. You do not need to be a coin expert to start — we can teach the product. We’re looking for someone who can engage an audience, maintain a fast pace, build excitement, and become a strong salesperson on camera.
This is a great fit for someone with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, entertainment, broadcasting, or other customer-facing work — or someone who simply has the personality and drive to become great at it.
📍 Both positions are in person in Lake in the Hills, IL.
