What was wrong:
The refrigerator had a failing LED light. Because the LED was malfunctioning, it was causing the other lights in the circuit to dim, leaving the interior poorly illuminated.

How we fixed it:
Our technician diagnosed the lighting issue and replaced the faulty LED light with a new one. After installation, the lights were tested, and the refrigerator’s interior lighting was noticeably brighter and operating as designed.

Repair Completed!

A customer’s appliance was having trouble with its draining function. During our diagnostic, we confirmed a drain-related issue and suspected a problem with the inverter board.

How We Fixed It:
Our technician replaced the inverter board and then thoroughly tested the unit. After the repair, the appliance began draining properly and successfully completed all of its functions as designed.

During testing, we determined that the drain pump assembly was not needed, so it was not installed.

The Result:
The appliance is now operating properly and performing its functions as designed.

A quick reminder that can make a big difference:

Your dryer’s lint filter should be cleaned after every load.
Lint buildup can reduce airflow and make your dryer work harder. If your clothes suddenly need two cycles to dry, don’t automatically assume the dryer is getting old.

The lint filter is only part of the picture, too. Lint can build up inside the vent line and restrict airflow.

Clean the filter after every load, and if your dryer is still taking too long, it may be time to have it checked. 🔧

Service Call Complete!

A customer contacted us because their door was not closing properly. Upon inspection, we found that the door lock assembly was broken, preventing the door from functioning correctly.

What We Did:
Our technician replaced the damaged door lock assembly and tested the door to make sure everything was operating properly.

Result:
The new lock assembly is working correctly, and the door is now functioning as it should.

Another repair completed and another door back in proper working condition!
