It is that time of year again to apply for Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance. We are doing applications on Mondays and Thursdays 10:00am-3:00pm. You can print the application out from our website www.lighthousemin.org and bring it in with all the following copies:
COPIES OF ALL HOUSEHOLD INCOME
COPIES OF ALL HOUSEHOLD BILLS
COPIES OF ALL ADULT ID
COPIES OF EVERYONES SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS

If you only need to apply for FOOD ONLY you just need copies of all ADULT ID’s

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Applications CANNOT be dropped off at the store, you need to meet with someone to see if you qualify and receive your approval card that you MUST have when you pick up your stuff.
