just a heads up to our customers, we're here to handle any and all issues with your components but if you do not know how to adjust or work on something properly find a local bike shop or a friend that knows what they're doing. These brakes were sent back by a customer stating there was no spring to one side and the other side would not adjust, as you can see from the pictures the customer continued to turn the adjustment screw until the springs were completely smashed. we rebuilt them free of charge and are sending them back for their new life!
