This week’s Wild Game Wednesday celebrates the true field-to-table experience—clean, simple, and packed with the flavor of wild elk turned into a Mediterranean Steak Salad.

This past weekend we took out 13 year old Landon for a quick elk scouting trip! This young man drew his first archery elk tag for Colorado and was super pumped up! We spent the day hanging trail cameras and practicing elk calling.

At the end of the trip Landon was gifted our 3.0” Razor APX series knife to use on his first bull and muley buck here in CO! Landon, we wish you all the best, and hope you can put this knife to use on your harvests this September!

Remember folks, it is all about the next generation of outdoorsman. Kids are why we do it, and someday we hope they can pass this same tradition along.
