I decorate it and then I close the door. I do, however, occasionally open by appointment, if it's a good day.. I go to a lot of quilt shows and enjoy meeting and talking to the ladies about my designs. I have been designing redwork for over 10 years and have been designing quilts and folk art collages for the last couple of years. I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I have two St. Bernards, Maggie and Quinn.....They are my babies...
oh, and did I mention 1 grand puppy and two books out with Leisure Arts

I just thought I would share a little bit of fall with you. Some of you may be wondering where I have been. I have spent the last 4 and a half years being a full time grandmother to my youngest granddaughters. My shop has been closed, taken apart…and is waiting to be replaced by a bigger version. John and I renovating our house next door to the shop. I have been painting for weeks now…… and it is looking so good. Slowly but surely… step by step… we are making progress… soon, Lakadaisies Farm will be opening both the shop and the house will be filled with antiques and folk art. Adventures await. Life is good.
