Picture a golden-hued cocktail catching the afternoon light, served in a glass the color of late summer sunshine. Or a crisp c***r poured in rich Burnt Orange Paisley glasses or Hellenic in bright orange and yellow. Shop the latest, in store, that’s all about the autumn glow.

For parties that refuse to die 🖤 For entertaining that’s more sophisticated than spooky— pour something wicked in a glass worth haunting over, and pass around bites on plates with just the right amount of bite. More spirited glassware and dinnerware creeping in all season long. Stay haunted!

As summer winds down, hold onto a little of that retreat feeling. Stop in and discover glassware made to carry the spirit of the season long after summer ends. Vibrant teals, earthy greens, sunshine yellows, and warm oranges.

📣A Special Addition to the Gay Fad Museum📣

Did you know? Gay Fad decorated vanity sets, salt and pepper shakers, coffee carafes, and more? We’re delighted to add a wonderful collection of these pieces to the growing archive.

And the best part? They will soon be on display in store and our upcoming Gay Fad Museum exhibit at Park National Bank, where even more people will have the opportunity to see them.

We are especially grateful to Ann and John. They knew these pieces belonged in the Gay Fad Museum and wanted to see them preserved as part of the story of Fran Taylor and Gay Fad Studios. Thank you, Ann and John, for helping us preserve this important piece of Gay Fad history. ❤️

Please contact us if you have any original Gay Fad photos, catalogs, booklets, boxes, or glassware. We’d love to preserve them!

Another incredible act of kindness and generosity!

Back in May, Thomas Lands posted in an MCM barware group asking for help identifying this beautiful glass he had found. We were thrilled to let him know that it was an original Gay Fad design called “Mood,” part of the incredibly rare Gaite collection.

After learning more about its history, he generously donated the glass to the Gay Fad Museum. ❤️

And this one is really special.

In four years of collecting, this is the first time we’ve ever seen the “Mood” design in the wild (outside of the Ohio Glass Museum). Finding a piece this rare is exciting enough—but having it come to the Museum through the generosity of someone who simply wanted to help preserve its history means even more.

The donation also brings us one step closer to an exciting goal: completing our collection of all 9 Gaite designs. We only have two more to find!

Thank you, Thomas, for helping us bring another little piece of Fran Taylor’s history home. We’re so grateful. And yes… she’s already on display in the Museum! 🥰

Shine on! ✨
