Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that I have decided to close “Island Boba & Bites” starting tomorrow, August 30, 2026.
Lancaster is my second home for one year and a half and this has not been an easy decision, but after much thought, I know it is the right time for me to focus with my family especially my 2 boys and 4 puppies. Family will come first and next is my health. While I am saddened to close this business, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible support, kindness, and loyalty you have shown me over the last 18 months.
What started as a business became so much more because of you. I have had the privilege of meeting wonderful people, building lasting relationships, sharing countless memorable moments and customers that became our friends. Your trust and confidence in me have been one of the greatest blessings of this journey.
Thank you for choosing this bubble tea shop, recommending me to your family and friends, and allowing me to serve you. Every visit, every conversation, and every opportunity to help you has been deeply appreciated. I will always cherish the memories and friendships that have come from this experience.
Although this chapter is coming to an end, I leave with a heart full of gratitude and wonderful memories. I sincerely wish each of you continued health, happiness, and success in all that lies ahead.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being such an important part of my journey. I will never forget your support.
