Zoe laid her first eggs!! 🥚🤎

Our little girl is officially a woman. I'm so proud... and I can't wait to eat them.

Welcome to adulthood, Zoe. Around here, your hard work becomes breakfast.

This sweet potato vine is currently attempting a hostile takeover of Turk the Turtle's sanctuary. Pretty sure Turk is enjoying the shade and nom noms.

I give it another week before it files for squatter's rights.

Day 9 of our Plantastic Voyage: Our last adventure before heading home didn’t go quite as planned… We were headed to Ponce De Leon Springs State Park, but it was at capacity, so we switched gears and found our way to Vortex Springs.

We spent a few hours enjoying the freezing cold water with crazy jumps, dry slides, and lots of laughs made the perfect ending to an unforgettable trip.

Day 8 of our Plantastic Voyage: Today was our biggest travel day yet — saying goodbye to Branson and making our way from Missouri down to Magee, Mississippi!

No big adventures planned today… just miles of highway, good conversations, questionable road trip snacks, and taking in all the scenery along the way.

A long day in the car, but still another chapter in the adventure.

Day 7 of our Plantastic Voyage: We started the day hanging with the younger cousins, feeding trout at the fish hatchery, lunch at Crazy Craig’s, explored the Dewey Visitor Center, and then cooled off at Moonshine Beach where the rest of the cousins joined the adventure!

For our final night in Branson, we wrapped things up with a big family dinner and a pretty sunset — the perfect ending to an unforgettable week.

Day 6 of the Plantastic Voyage: We started the day hiking the Roark Creek Waterfall Trail, then cooled off the best way possible... swimming in Roark Creek! (Because apparently Missouri decided to bring Florida-level heat with it 😂)

Later we headed down to Branson Landing to check out the famous waterfall show. We caught the daytime version first, then stayed to see it again after dark... and WOW.

Only 5 minutes long, but the nighttime show was 100% worth sticking around for. The lights, the music, the water... definitely a Branson must-see!

Day 5 of the Plantastic Voyage: When it's 100° outside, you start the day in the pool. After cooling off, we wandered through Branson, checked out the shops, and ended the day with the Showboat Branson Belle dinner cruise.

The food, the entertainment, the sunset over Table Rock Lake... absolutely worth the hype and easily one of the highlights of the trip. ❤️

If you're ever in Branson, put the Showboat on your must-do list!

Day 4 of the Plantastic Voyage: We explored Talking Rocks Cavern, wandered a beautiful nature trail, and wrapped up the day the best way possible—cooling off in the pool with the cousins.

Day 3 of the Plantastic Voyage = destination reached!

After making the drive from Olive Branch, MS to Branson, MO, we arrived just in time to catch Spain win the World Cup ⚽🇪🇸 and reunite with family for a few days of exploring everything Branson has to offer.

Day 2 of the Plantastic Voyage: Alabama to Mississippi

We kicked off the day with a quick hike at Rickwood Caverns State Park, made our way to Trinity to catch up with one of my childhood friends and her amazing family (because the best road trips include the people you haven't seen in far too long ❤️), and wrapped up the day in Olive Branch, MS.
